I am an ordinary localize of Mumbai, staying in a very slum area in Vikhroli (West). Everyday I drive my Activa to the office, it’s around 10 kms away. The roads I cross are the normal roads and then the Ghatkopar – CST highway.
I would like to bring to your notice that the roads in our areas are in a very bad condition. I had already written to the N Ward officials about this, but there was no action taken over this. Every time if there are pots on the roads only patches are done and again that patch mismatches the level of the roads. Daily there are cases of vehicles slipped due to the patches/ holes/ uneven level of the roads. Also, if there is a line for matching the levels that also makes the normal vehicle loose its balance and accidents occur.
Being an ordinary member of your constitution and respecting your work, I would like to make a heartiest request to kindly look into this matter and take necessary actions over this. Many ladies who drive on vehicles wear sarees and face many difficulties due to this mismatch of the roads.

इंडिया मे आज कर बहुत बडे पैमाने पर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स वेहिकल को लेकर घोटाला हो रहा है. टीव्हीएस जैसी बडे बडे कंपनी भी शामिल है. बुकिंग के नाम पर ग्राहक से पैसा लेते है, पर एक एक साल तक डिलीवरी नही देती है. और तो और उनके कस्टमर केअर एक्झिक्युटिव्ह को डिलिव्हरी, या प्राइस के बारे मे कुछ आता पता नही होता है. बुकिंग लेते समय उग्रह को बताते है की आपको दो तीन महिने मे बाइक की देली डिलिव्हरी हो जाये लेकिन एक एक साल तक डिलिव्हरी नही देते है. इसे क्या हो रहा है ग्राहकोन का बहुत ज्यादा नुकसान हो रहा है और कंपनी का बहुत ज्यादा फायदा हो रहा है. अभी एक्झाम्पल के लिए मान लेते है टीव्हीएस आयक्यू एसटी की बुकिंग अमाऊंट एक हजार रुपये, अब दस लाख लोगोने इसको बुकिंग किया तो कंपनी को दस करोड राशी मिलती है. तो आपको चेक कर सकते है अगर ये राशी को बँक मे रखा जाये तो ये कंपनी कितना इंटरेस्ट कमआती है. और जब भी कोई ग्राहक अपणा बुकिंग कॅन्सल करता है तो उसे सिर्फ बुकिंग अमाऊंट यांनी की एक हजार रुपये वापस दिये जाते है. अभी भारत मे ऐसे बहुत कंपनी आहे जो इस तरह से पैसे बना रही है जो मुझे आपसे ये बिनती है की ऐसा रूल बनाना चाहिये अगर ग्राहक बुकिंग करने के बाद तीन महिने के अंदर अंदर गाडी की डिलिव्हरी नही मिलती है और उसके बाद अगर हो अपना बुकिंग कॅन्सल करता है तो कंपनी को ग्राहक को डबल अमाऊंट पेड करना होगा. इससे क्या होगा कंपनी कम से कम वक्त मे ग्राहक गाडी की डिलिव्हरी देने की कोशिश करेगी और अगर किसी कारण वश डिलिव्हरी नही देती है तो इसमे ग्राहक का भी कोई नुकसान नही होगा. टीव्हीएस जैसे कंपनी भी स्कीम करके बडे पैमाणे मुनाफा कमा रही है. अभी मेरे ही एक्झाम्पल मैने 22 में 2022 मे टीव्हीएस आयक्यू एस टी का बुकिंग किया था हर हर महिने मे कस्टमर केअर और ईमेल से गाडी की डिलिव्हरी के बारे मे फॉलोअप लिया लेकिन अभी तक मुझे गाडी की डिलिव्हरी नही मिली है. अभी कंपनी का कोई भी नुकसान नही हुआ लेकिन मेरा बहुत बडा नुकसान हो रहा हैं.मान लिजिए मुझे कंपनी ने छे महिनेमे गाडी की डिलिव्हरी दे दी होती, तो मेरा छे महिने का पेट्रोल का पैसा बच सकता था l,लेकिन आता कंपनीने अभी तक गाडीची प्राईस या डिलिव्हरी डेट के बारे मे कोई भी जानकारी नही दीयी हैं.
तो मेरी आपसे बनती है की, इसके बारे मे सोच के ऐसा कोई रुलं बनाये की, ग्राहक का नुकसान भी ना हो,का और कंपनी भी जल से जल गाडी की डिलिव्हरी दे सके.

I am Dipta Mandal, C/O Mr. Kartick Mandal, lived in Siliguri, West Bengal. Sir still we are suffering from road, there are no road from my home to bituminous road. There are near about 50 home of family, if we need ambulance but it should be not coming to us. Ambulance standing 200 meters away from us, in rainy days we are unable to walk properly.
It is out humble request sir, please provide us minimum road structure. So that atleast we can get proper ambulance or any emergency service.
We have already going to several times our Panchayat and panchayat Pradhan but they only tell us that voting him, if they won then they provide us road. But it never happened, NORTH BENGAL MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL is only 4 km away from my home. But still we are not getting any road for our daily uses.
Sir please look into the matter and do the needful.

Condition of roads in Kolhapur City (M.S.) including narrow road – Hockey Stadium to Gargoti Road touching, Behind Kalamba Jail become worst inviting regular accidents. This rd. passes from dense residential zone.
24 Hours running of large No. of comml. heavy-light vehicles, tractors-trailers rashly & negligently without fear of Law of noise & air pollution and Traffic Rules is growing No. of pits & making the pits deeper and more deeper on this road. Rasping sound of horns & rattling of vehicles crossing deep & big pits creating nuisance & air pollution is causing health hazard to residents adjoining this road whereby life of these residents become miserable. Thus permanent repair of this road urgently needed. Audit of this road before & after repairs is also necessary to keep check on corruption because it is big question that how roads in Kolhapur City are damaging within week after repairs (News Report attached hereto).
It is surprising that govt. sanctions sufficient funds for repair of roads in Kolhapur City but by incurring nominal fund but showing huge expenditure, Kolhapur Municipal Corpn. only fills pits on most of damaged roads temporarily by muroom & that too, not properly & no asphalt, ballast sand used for proper repairs of roads. God knows where remaining huge funds are diverted every year. Consequently such muroom in pits come out & spread on road in rainy season.
Hon’ble Guardian Minister of Kolhapur Mr. Deepak Kesarkar announced in Jan, 2023 that Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Eknath Shinde declared Rs. 70 crores (Rs. Seventy Crores) for repairs of roads in Kolhapur City. Now 4 months passed & soon rainy season starting but this narrow road from Hockey Stadium to Gargoti Narrow Rd touching incl. other roads in Kolhapur City waiting repairs since years together. (2 News Reports attached hereto)
It is tactful modus operandi of Kolhapur Municipal Corporation to keep burning issue of repairs of roads of the city sine dine till beginning of rainy season inspite of having received huge funds from government for its repairs well in advance & to anyhow start patchwork of fully damaged city roads by incurring meager expenditure when rainy season starts so that, it can make farce that funds which the government provided is fully utilized on this work & when such temporary patchwork of roads flows away just in first rain of the season, KMC pretends and misleads the public and government that it had sincerely repaired roads & still then, if roads flow away in heavy rain and flood, what KMC can do and it is bad luck of citizens of Kolhapur. It is learnt that previously most of roads/pits were repaired temporarily in such a manner by incurring negligible funds but photos of other pacca roads were submitted to concerned authorities
Thus, it is crystal clear that, the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation has no respect towards the Prime Minister of India, Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Guardian Minister, Kolhapur who are working day and night for development of our India, Maharashtra and Kolhapur City nor KMC has care of life of citizens of Kolhapur who had regularly faced terrible flood situation in the past otherwise, the KMC would have done the repair of above road including other roads of Kolhapur immediately on sanction of Rs. 70 Crores in Jan. 2023 because now a period of more than 4 months passed since sanction of funds but no progress in repairs of these roads including above road.
Pl. issue urgent necessary direction to the concerned to repair above narrow road i.e. Hockey Stadium to Gargoti Road touching, Behind Kalamba Jail on priority basis & make its audit before & after work to ensure high quality permanent repair work and also immediately stop running of commercial heavy-light vehicles and tractors-trailers by this road considering that life of common public though precious, is at stake due to this apathy by Kolhapur Municipal Corporation.
