Dongargarh Ropeway Terms and Conditions For Visitors
- Tickets can be booked only on the date of the journey. Online booking will start from 00:01 AM (Midnight) and will close at 5 PM (will be open till 10 PM during Navratri)
- The ropeway journey will start at 9 am. You can travel anytime from 9 AM to 5 PM (up to 10 PM on Navratri) on the day of the issue of the ticket by taking an online ticket
- Children 5 years and above will be charged the full fare
- Any kind of change in the ticket will not be possible, nor can the ticket be canceled
- Tickets will not be canceled if the service is temporarily closed for some time due to lunch breaks or technical reasons. In case of ropeway service is unavailable for the whole day, your ticket will be canceled online and your full amount will be credited to your wallet
- There will be no separate queue for online tickets, but priority will be given to admission in order of token number.
- Online and offline tickets will be issued in the same series and token numbers will also be given in the same sequence
- A token number will be allotted by the system at the time of booking the ticket on a “First Come First Serve” basis
- After reaching the temple, you will have to get the printed ticket by mentioning your token number and OTP in the office/special counter. There you don’t have to pay anything extra
- Your ID may be checked before the ticket is printed. So keep your identity card with you.
- The issuer will not be liable for the ticket if the ropeway service is suspended in the evening. So try to reach the counter before 4 PM (or 2 hours before the ropeway closure). Ropeway timings will be changed during Navratri and rules will apply accordingly.
