How to do Student Login in the Calcutta University Portal?

To complete the Calcutta University Registration first, you must be login into the portal of Calcutta University. Kindly follow the given mentioned steps:-

1. First of all, You need to visit the official Website of the Calcutta University Portal.
2. The Homepage will open before you.
3. On the homepage, you need to click on “Campus Login”
4. So the session will start from the “2022-2023” by default. (YOU DONG NEED TO CHANGE THE SESSION).
5. Now you need to enter your 10-digit College UID in the User Code textbox and Password in the specified fields respectively.
6. Always remember that our password will be the same as your Applicant Login Password, which you used at the time of admission.
7.  Moreover, you can also do Login Through the OTP.
8. Just select the OTP option from the “Login Using” dropdown. OTP will be sent to your mobile number
   registered with the College as well as institutional email ID.
9. By following this procedure you can do the login for CU.

Steps to Calcutta University Student Online Registration 2023

After successfully logging in to your Online so you can able to do the CU Registration Online. Kindly follow the given mentioned steps only:

• Go to the official Website of Calcutta University and logged into your Online Profile.
• The homepage will open before you, where you have to click on the “Student Console” option.
• On the next page, you need to click on the “CU Registration Process” as it is available as the last option of the menu.
• So a new page will open before you, Here you can see some of the options. You have to just Check all the displayed information as like:-
• “Student’s Name” and “Guardian’s Name” (Father’s Name/ Mother’s Name) should be identical to your Class XII Board Marksheet or Admit Card.
  1. “Student’s Name” and “Guardian’s Name” (Father’s Name/ Mother’s Name) should be identical to your Class XII Board Marksheet or Admit Card.
  2. You have to check the “Date of Birth”, “Gender”, “Caste Category”, “Nationality” & “Person with Disability status” thoroughly.
  3. Students must ensure that their Class XII “Board Roll No” and “Board Name” are displayed correctly. (There must NOT be any space or special character in the
     displayed roll no.)
  4. In this case, if you are a pre-registered student i.e. if you have already done your registration with Calcutta University earlier, you must check the “Calcutta University Registration Number”. (CU Registration number should be in XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX format) 
• After all, you have to just click on the “Next” button to proceed to the next screen.
• Then you must upload all the important documents which are mentioned above.
• Once you have checked all the uploaded documents click on the “SUBMIT” button to complete your Calcutta University Online Registration Process.
• And you can also Click on the “BACK” button to go back to Step 1 to check your data if required.
• After clicking on the “SUBMIT” button, the pop-up will come up as shown in the picture.
• Click either on “OK” to complete the online Registration Process OR “Cancel” to go to the
  previous step.
• Finally, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your Online Calcutta University Registration Process in your Institutional Email ID.
• You are requested to check your Inbox / Spam box for checking the same.
• After completing the process, the above-shown screen will open. You have to read all the essential notes as given on the screen & click on the close button to finish the procedure.
